Substructure Construction [EX1-SIG]

Substructure construction definitions for the Steel I Girder Training Example will be provided in this section.

The construction definitions of substructure elements will be made using the following objects:

• Bearing Construction: Bearings will be constructed at the stage of girder erection.

• All of the substructures listed below will be constructed within a single stage: SubstrConstStage

  • Pier Cap/Bent Construction (Complete)

  • Pier Column Construction

  • Foundation Construction (Complete)

  • Pile Construction
