Temperature Load [EX1-STG]

Please follow the instructions provided below to define temperature loads.
| 1 | Navigate to Loads > Temperature Load > Uniform Temperature Load |

| 2 | The temperature variations that occur throughout the day exert two types of loads on bridges and highways - expansion and contraction. | |
| 3 | Click three-dots icon on Stage cell and click select.
Select the Stage to “TUExpStage” and “TUContrStage” from the combobox.
The reason for doing this is to define the Temperature Loads that have an impact on the bridge. |

| 4 | Click three-dots icon on Bridge cell and set Bridge as “BRG1”. |  |
| 5 | Set "Temperature Change from mean [F]" parameters as follows:
The purpose of this is to calculate the loads that may occur under these (critical) temperatures. |  |
| 1 | Navigate to Temperature load under Loads on the tree view. |
| 2 | Copy related General from model inputs and paste into OpenBrIM. |
