Strip Seal [SIG]

Strip Seal [SIG]

A strip seal is an elastomeric (rubber-based) gasket used to prevent water and debris from infiltrating through expansion joints. It is typically used in combination with steel profiles and is designed to withstand traffic loads.

General

Approach Slab: This parameter can be used to specify the approach slab for which the sleeper slab will be modeled.

Strip Seal Orientation[Transverse/Longitudinal]: This parameter defines the orientation of the strip seal.

Strip Seal Location[Right/Left]: This parameter defines the location of the strip seal.

Sleeper Slab Head Wall: This parameter is used to select the sleeper slab headwall object.

Length: This parameter specifies the length of the strip seal.
