Please follow the instructions provided below to create girder line layouts.

Navigate to Bridge Geometry > Girder Layout

 

Click three-dots on the first cell of the Supports and pick the insertion points IP1, IP6

Follow the same process to set all Girder Layouts

This gif illustrates the process of creating the “Girder Layout”.

 

Enter the Initial & End Cantilever Length of Girder and values as 6.5

The Cantileverlength parameter represents the distance between the bearing and girder end. This distance is included in the self-weight computation of the girder.

Navigate to Girder Layout under Bridge Geometry.

Copy Layout from model inputs and paste into OpenBrIM.
