Load Geometry Definitions [PIG]

Load Geometry Definitions [PIG]

In addition to the library objects, it is possible to apply different loads to the bridge. The first step is to define the load geometrically. OpenBrIM provides three options for this:

  • Surface Loads: Common types include roadway, stay-in-place formworks, and utility loads.

  • Line Loads: Utility loads are frequently used.

  • Point Loads: Various utility loads can be applied.

For further explanations of each load geometry, refer to the documentation on the corresponding pages.
