Follow the next steps to define construction of substructure bridge components.

Go to Loading/Construction/Superstructure, click Deck.

Deck pouring and hardening are the states of deck construction stage and should be specified here.

Go to Deck Casting tab.

Specify names of the deck construction stages in Name.

Select pouring stages in Pouring Stage (Weight Only) and hardening stages in Hardening Stage (Gains Stiffness).


Follow the below steps to copy and paste all inputs from our data set.

Go to Deck under Superstructure on the tree view.

Copy Deck Casting, Longitudinal and Transverse from model inputs and paste into OpenBrIM.

Go to Girder Erection (Complete) under Superstructure on the tree view.

Copy Girder Construction from model inputs and paste into OpenBrIM.

Go to Superstructure Attachment Construction under Superstructure on the tree view.

Copy General from model inputs and paste into OpenBrIM.


 Quick Tip: Copy inputs to OpenBrIM

Copy the desired data with the automatic copy button in the upper left corner.

Click on the first cell in and use the Ctrl+V shortcut to paste.

If icon won’t appear, collapse page tree menu by clicking on arrow or using shortcut “[”.

While pasting large data, it would be handy to turn of Auto-refresh .
