Click Mat Edge button as shown in Figure 1 to draw foundation mat as illustrated in Figure 2.

Enter the properties of the mat edge such as offset, thickness, soil capacity or soil subgrade modulus. Select the concrete and rebar material.

To divide mat edge into pieces which have different properties click Mat Piece button as shown in Figure 1 and draw piece area as demonstrated in Figure 4
