General
Code Check Template:The code check template is utilized to extract global parameters, results from finite element analysis, and limit states employed in the design process.
Pier Footing: Select Pier footing for code check.
Code Check Location(Dist. in Long. Dir. from cent): This parameter is utilized to identify the location for code checking. The results are extracted from this location, and the extracted FEComposite results are used in computations. The longitudinal direction refers to the direction along PGL.
Code Check Location(Dist. in Transverse. Dir. from cent): This parameter is utilized to identify the location for code checking. The results are extracted from this location, and the extracted FEComposite results are used in computations. The transverse direction refers to the direction perpendicular to PGL.
Check For: In certain situations, the user may only wish to verify flexure in certain regions. For instance, the area located beneath a pier may be excluded from the shear check.

Shear Reinforcements
Shear Reinforcement Profile in Longitudinal: The longitudinal direction refers to the direction along PGL.

Shear Reinforcement[Include/Ignore]: If no shear reinforcement is necessary or defined, the user should select "ignore" here. This will deactivate all shear reinforcement inputs.
As seen in the drawings below,
The longitudinal direction of the alignment is the X direction of the footing.
The transverse direction of the alignment is the Y direction of the footing.
Be aware that the rotation angle of the footing does not change the local footing directions, and the rotation angle is applied to the footing clockwise.
