Follow the below steps to define the reference support lines where the piers will be located.

Go to Bridge Geometry > Support Lines

Click the three-dots on the first cell of the Bridge and create the support line at Station 0 by setting it to BRG1

Repeat the same to create other support lines as Pier2, Pier3, and Abut4 at Stations 160, 30, and 530 respectively.

 Quick Tip: Transverse Offset Direction

Offset values use PGL as the reference point.


Follow the below steps to copy and paste all inputs from our data set.

Go to Support Lines under Bridge Geometry.

Copy Bridge Parameters from model inputs and paste into OpenBrIM.


Completed Support Lines are illustrated below.

 Quick Tip: Copy inputs to OpenBrIM

Copy the desired data with the automatic copy button in the upper left corner.

Click on the first cell in and use the Ctrl+V shortcut to paste.

If icon won’t appear, collapse page tree menu by clicking on arrow or using shortcut “[”.

While pasting large data, it would be handy to turn of Auto-refresh .
