OpenBrIM.FEA [QG-10]

1	Click New from the left sidebar.
2	Click Empty Projects template.
3	Click FEA Workflow to create a new project.
4	Enter the project name and the category.
5	Follow the workflow to enter data.
6	Enter X, Y and Z as 0.
7	Click on the icon above the analysis icon from the left sidebar.
8	Click the FEA icon.
9	Go to Geometry > Nodes
10	Click on the DOF tab.
11	Click on the three-dots icon next to Tx, Ty, Tz, Rx, Ry, and Rz.
12	Set the values for Tx, Ty, Tz, Rx, Ry, and Rz.
13	Go to Geometry > Lines
14	Click on the three-dots icon on Node 1 and select a node.
15	Set the other node in the same way to create a line.
16	Click on the three-dots icon next to Name and select Break.
17	Set the number of segments along local X.
18	Go to Properties > Materials
19	Click on the three-dots icon next to Name and select Import Material.
20	Go to Properties > Sections
21	Click on the three-dots icon next to Name and select Import Section.
22	Go to Geometry > Lines
23	Click on the three-dots icon next to Section at Start and select a section.
24	Repeat the same process for the other lines.
25	Click on the settings icon in the left sidebar and then select Display Section View.
26	The properties of the line object can be changed from other tabs.

31	Go to Loads> Static Loads> Nodal Loads
32	Click on the three-dots icon next to Node and select a node.
33	Click on the three-dots icon next to Load Case and create a load case.
