Please follow the instructions provided below to add surface and the corresponding load definitions.
1 | Navigate to Load Geometry Definitions > Surface > Quadrilateral
2 | Click three-dots icon on Bridge cell and set “BRG1”.
3 | Enter Start Station, End Station and Surface Width data as follows for LS1 (Load Surface Definitions).
| |
4 | Navigate to Loads > Surface Load
5 | Click on the three-dots icon in the surface cell, and set LS1 to identify the construction stages that have a surface load.
6 | As per the construction stages in the project, you should define 3 surface loads. Then enter the name.
7 | Click three-dots icon on Stage cell and click select. Enter the stage data as follows:
| |
8 | Enter the magnitudes of the (Surface) Loads to be applied on Surface as in the figure.
9 | In this cell, set the Element's stage, which indicates which surface load will be applied to each surface. |
Follow the below steps to copy and paste all inputs from our data set.
1 | Go to Quadrilateral under Load Geometry Definitions on the tree view. |
2 | Copy Surface, and Graphics from model inputs and paste into OpenBrIM. |
3 | Go to Surface Load under Loads on the tree view. |
4 | Copy General from model inputs and paste into OpenBrIM. |
