After clicking on 'Properties> Bolt Property' in the navigation treeview, follow the steps to define the Bolt Property. You can use the collapsed documentation page below for more information on the explanations of each parameter.

 Bolt Property

(blue star) Click first cell on Name cell and set name as BoltFla.

(blue star) Click three-dots icon on Bolt Diameter cell and set a diameter as 0.875.

(blue star) Keep the Diameter of the head as default.

(blue star) Enter the Diameter of the nut as 1.

(blue star) Keep the Thickness of the head and Thickness of the nut as default.

(blue star) Keep the Mechanical Properties and Visual Settings as default.

To model all the bolt property, copy the data below and paste the parameters into the first cell in OpenBrIM spreadsheet. Refer to the quick tip for an easy guide on how to perform the copy operation. After completing the copy, proceed to the next step to verify the model.

Copy the desired data with the automatic copy button in the upper left corner.

Click on the first cell in and use the Ctrl+V shortcut to paste.

If icon won’t appear, collapse page tree menu by clicking on arrow or using shortcut “[”.

While pasting large data, it would be handy to turn of Auto-refresh .
