Please follow the instructions provided below to create Pier Column code check.

In this section, please specify which column or columns the code check will be applied to.

Navigate to Substructure Code Checks > Pier Column Code Check

Click three-dots icon on Pier and select as Column1

(As a different way, the relevant column can be selected on the 3D view by clicking "Pick".)

Click three-dots icon on Template.

 

Select the PCCT1 "Pier Column Code Check" template defined in the previous steps for all.

Click three-dots icon on Section Data and click Edit.

Section Data (parameters) appear in the combobox.

Click three-dots icon on Section and click Select.

Select the "ColSec_P2" you want to code check for Pier Column (Column1).

Click three-dots icon on Stirrup Rebar Profile

Set Stirrup Rebar Profile as ASTMA615No6.

Navigate back to Inputs tab.

Set Tranverse Reinforcement Type as Tie.


Follow the below steps to copy and paste all inputs from our data set.

Navigate to Pier Column Code Check under Superstructure Code Checks on the tree view.

Copy Inputs and Section Data (spreadsheet) from model inputs and paste into OpenBrIM.

The Pier Column Code Check have been created.


 Quick Tip: Copy inputs to OpenBrIM

Copy the desired data with the automatic copy button in the upper left corner.

Click on the first cell in and use the Ctrl+V shortcut to paste.

If icon won’t appear, collapse page tree menu by clicking on arrow or using shortcut “[”.

While pasting large data, it would be handy to turn of Auto-refresh .
