  1. From Data/FEA/Properties/Materials tab to create new material, then from options menu (⋮) click edit

  2. Click ≡ icon on top left corner then go into “Assets” menu. Under the Materials tab click + icon.

  • To import a material, user must navigate to Data/FEA/Properties/Materials tab and click on “⋮” icon and select “Import Material” option.

  • Navigate through “Import Material” page and import desired material from OpenBrIM database.

  • Same exact process with user defined materials can be followed to edit imported onespredefined materials.
