Go Navigate to the "Tributary" section under "AEC|BOLT from " in the tree view.

I want would like to make change the tributary Area Factors of for columns C21 and C25 columns to 1.1 instead of their current value of "1".

By increasing the correction factor for the tributary calculations, the results will be more conservative. If you want to take a more cautious approach, you can increase the correction factor further.

In order to complete this task, I will need the "Live Load Reduction" code for this, if this code . If it is not already imported, please add it from the "Design Criteria" section.

Go Navigate to the "Tributary Correction Factors Tab at " tab on the same spreadsheet.

Set On this tab, please change the "Tributary Area Factors" of for columns C21 and C25 to 1.1You can see .

Additionally, you will find the "Reducible Area" on this spreadsheet.

Come back Please return to the "Tributary Analysis Settings and Run Tributary " section.

Once you are there, please run the Tributary Analysis.

Go The results of the analysis can also be viewed in a browser. To do this, please navigate to the AEC|BOLT BIM Cloud page and press "Open".
The most recent analysis performed in BDS is will be displayed in the browser.


Click On the AEC|BOLT BIM Cloud page, please click on "Analysis:: Slab Reinforcement Training Example" and open the “AEC_SlabAnalysisTemplate2”.

Click “FEA” button abd Run Once the browser page is open, please click the "FEA" button and run the Analysis.

Open After the analysis is complete, please open the "DATA" spreadsheet after analysis.
After Once the spreadsheet is opened, do the following open, please follow these steps in order.:FEM →

Select the "FEM" tab
Select "Node Reaction (Global) "
Select "Self Weight"
Then, hover over the "Force Z" column. Click on the You will see 3 dots that appear, open please click on them and select "Quick Stats" from comboboxthe dropdown menu.

The sum value displayed will give the total Self Weight self-weight analysis result of for this Slab.

Follow the below instruction to Export&Import Safe Analysis and Result.

Go to 1st Floor under CSI SAFE from tree view.

After arrange settings as in the figure and click “Export Safe File”.

For save of the F2K file, select Safe16 as version and save.

Open Safe 2016 and import saved F2K folder.

After the project is imported to Safe, click "Run" button.

After completing the analysis, click the export button and select SAFE F2K File.

Add name to your project, make your selections in the combobox as in the figure.

Click Import Safe Results and select the F2K file saved in the previous step.
