After selecting the exported file format, it's time to set up the exported file environment on your local machine.

→ Click on the three-dot button of any related cell and select "Set Project Directory on Local Disk" from the drop-down menu. (This allows you to specify the directory on your local machine where the exported files will be located.)

→ Click on "Select Folder" to choose the folder where you want the exported files to be stored. Please grant the necessary permissions to OpenBrIM Platform to access your local machine files.

→ Once the exported files are located on your local machine, navigate to the "File Name" column to provide a name for the exported files.

→ Activate the three-dot cell button again and select "Set File Name On Local Disk" from the drop-down menu.

→ From the local directory that was previously set, specify a name for the file to be exported, and click on the "Save" button.

Observe that the specified file name and path are written in the corresponding cells.

(Note that the full path is partially displayed to allow for parametric synchronization on the local machine of another user.)

→ The last cell action for the three-dot button is the "Sync to Local Disk" action, which synchronizes the exported files with the parametric model. Activate it to initiate the synchronization process.

(This feature enables you to synchronize multiple files simultaneously. By selecting multiple cells corresponding to the exported files, you can initiate the synchronization process to ensure that all the selected files are synchronized with the parametric model on your local machine. This allows for efficient and convenient synchronization of multiple files at once.)

→ You can now see the exported files created on your local machine.
