Column Results

Analysis results of columns are listed in this section.

Figure 1

Results can be shown both for global model or per storey as shown in Figure 1. Global model results include entire results of a column design line. Results per storey option is handy more of examining CSI Safe results.

Global Model Results

→ Click “Select Results To View” button

→ Select analysis result sources to view as illustrated in Figure 2

→ Select result cases to view as demonstrated in Figure 2

Result cases include load classes, load combinations and envelopes.

User can also sort and filter the results as described in Modelling Tips & Keynotes page.

Visual representation of column results list is illustrated in Figure 3.

→ Click “Showing w/o LL Reduction” button to change it “Showing w/LL Reduction” and see the force results with live load reduction.

→ Click “Showing Min Envelope” button to change it “Showing Max Envelope“ to see max envelope results

Figure 4

→ Click to “Enveloped Force” and select force or moment to see enveloped results of selected force or moment as illustrated in Figure 4.

Results Per Story

Forces and moments at each story are listed in this spreadsheet.

Buttons that are shown in Figure 5 have the same functionality with the ones described in Global Model Results spreadsheet.
