Please follow the instructions provided below to perform Column Design.
Table 1: Column Design Lines
| 1 | Navigate to the Column Design Line within the spreadsheet." The vertical and stirrup rebar data, entered for each column in the stories section, will be displayed on the CAD side. |  Column Design Lines |
| 2 | The Building Design Suite (BDS) has the capability to automatically design all columns or rebar data can be manually assigned for each column. | |

| 4 | Navigate to the Column Schedule under General within the same spreadsheet. Once there, please set the "Analysis Result Source" as indicated in the figure. (Please be aware that the minimum design requirements will also change depending on the selected Analysis source.) | |
| 5 | Click the "Design Columns" button. Once the design process is complete, the cells of the designed columns will turn green. | |

| 7 | Click the "Verify All" button. "After the "Verify" process is completed, the cells of the columns that pass the code check will appear as green." | |
| 8 | Click the "Showing DC" button. The values displayed in the cells will give the Demand to Capacity ratio for the respective column. | |
| 9 | To make custom assignments to columns or manually enter the rebar values for a specific column, navigate to the corresponding column.
