All work done by the engineers you add to the project will be recorded in the Building Design Suite.

When you add engineers to the project, you can assign or change their permissions and roles.

You can also remove engineers from the project, except the admin, using the same feature.

Table 3: Revision History

1

This section keeps a record of all the changes made to your project over time.

If you need to revert to a previous version of your project, you can select the date you want to go back to in the history section.

2

You can share the AEC|BOLT BIM Cloud link of the project on a specific date by using the button labeled "1". This will allow others to access and view the project as it was on that date.

3

Button labeled "2" will show the process steps that have been completed on the date that you have selected. It gives an overview of the progress of the project on that specific date.

4

By clicking on button labeled "3", you will be able to return to the project on the date that you have selected, allowing you to make changes or continue working on it from that point in time.

Table 4: Qiuck Import

1

The "Quick Import" button allows you to quickly import all the necessary databases to be displayed in the "Properties" step of your project, saving time and effort.

(Currently, we will not use the "Quick import" button and the databases will be imported manually.)

In this step, the “Project Settings” section is finished.

Now you can move on to the next step, the “Properties” section.
