Footings

Footing assignment to columns or shear walls is made from this section.

Footing templates imported from AEC | BOLT database or custom footings can be assigned to columns or shear walls. How to import a footing template is explained in Footing Templates page and how to create a custom footing template is explained in Custom Footings page.

Click Add Footing button as shown in Figure 1 and select column/columns then press “enter” as illustrated in Figure 2.

Select the footing tepmplate for each footing in spreadsheet as shown in Figure 3.

Assigned footings are automatically drawn under the selected columns as demonstrated in Figure 4.
