Follow the next steps to define transverse stiffener.

Go to Transverse Stiffener.

 

Pick or set the Girder.

Enter the Station, Side of Web and Material.

Go to Dimensions tab to edit the stiffener inputs.

Go to 3D Detailing tab to edit the stiffener 3D Detailing inputs.

 

Go to FEM tab to enable/disable Stiffener FEM.

 Quick Tip

Do not forget to assign the related material for each case.

Follow the below steps to copy and paste all inputs from our data set.

Go to Transverse Stiffener under Stiffeners on the tree view.

Copy Dimensions, 3D Detailing and FEM from model inputs and paste into OpenBrIM.

Completed transverse stiffener is illustrated below.

 Quick Tip: Copy inputs to OpenBrIM

Copy the desired data with the automatic copy button in the upper left corner.

Click on the first cell in and use the Ctrl+V shortcut to paste.

If icon won’t appear, collapse page tree menu by clicking on arrow or using shortcut “[”.

While pasting large data, it would be handy to turn of Auto-refresh .
