Please follow the instructions provided below to add F shape barriers to Right sides of the bridge.
1 | Navigate to Superstructure Attachments > F Shape Barrier | |
2 | The F barrier will be defined on all decks, specifically on the right side of each deck. Click three-dots icon on Deck cell and set Span1. | |
3 | Select the Orientation of the barrier for the right side as in the figure. | |
4 | Set the concrete Material of the barrier to Fc_3_2ksi_NoStiffness. | |
5 | Enter Start Transverse Location and End Transverse Location as Right. | |
6 | Navigate to Dimension tab at spreadsheet. | |
7 | Enter the dimension parameters as in the figure | |
8 | To create F barriers for the 2nd and 3rd spans, please follow the previous steps and repeat them accordingly. Also enter the names of the F Shape Barriers as in the figure. | |

Follow the below steps to copy and paste all inputs from our data set.
1 | Navigate to F Shape Barrier under Superstructure Attachments on the tree view. |
2 | Copy F Shape Barrier, and Dimensions from model inputs and paste into OpenBrIM. |
