Please follow the instructions provided below to create Internal Diapgrahm.

Navigate to Bracing > Internal Diaphragm

To define "Internal Diaphragm" inside Tub Girders:

Click three-dots icon on Girder cell and set the Tub Girder which the inner Diaphragm will be located

The Internal Diaphragms will be placed at the same station as the External Diaphragms.

Therefore, it can be inferred that there are a total of 10 Internal Diaphragms in this case.

Enter in Location parameters, such as the Skew Angle, Station, materials and selecting just as in the External Diaphragm's value.

You can make adjustments to the "Section Details" and "3D Details" tabs if you wish.


Follow the below steps to copy and paste all inputs from our data set.

Navigate to Internal Diaphragm under Bracing on the tree view.

Copy Location, Section Details and 3D Details from model inputs and paste into OpenBrIM.

The Internal Diaphragm that have been created are illustrated below.


 Quick Tip: Copy inputs to OpenBrIM

Copy the desired data with the automatic copy button in the upper left corner.

Click on the first cell in and use the Ctrl+V shortcut to paste.

If icon won’t appear, collapse page tree menu by clicking on arrow or using shortcut “[”.

While pasting large data, it would be handy to turn of Auto-refresh .
