Please follow the instructions provided below to create Lateral Bracing
1 | Navigate to Bracing > Lateral Bracing | |
2 | Click three-dots icon located on the Girder cell and set G1 to place the cross frame inside. | |
3 | Specify the station values for the left and right points of the newly created Lateral Bracing. Station values are along the PGL.

4 | To select a section, click on the three-dot icon located on the Section cell and choose "Select" from the options. From the pop-up window, select AISCWT6X29 as the section. | |

6 | Define Left and Right stations each lateral bracings to G1 and G2 girders according to project. | |
7 | You have the option to modify the "Gusset Plate" tab if desired. Keep in mind that any changes made here will only affect the 3D visualization of the cross frame and will not impact the FEA model. |
