Follow the next steps to define temperature loads.
1 | Go to Loads/Temperature Load/Uniform Temperature Load.
2 | There are two cases for expansion and contraction. For expansion, Select Bridge, and Stage as TU_ExpStage.
3 | Specify Temperature as 40F.
4 | For contraction, go to the 2nd row. Select Bridge, and Stage as TUContrStage.
5 | Specify Temperature as -40F.
6 | Name these two cases as TU_ExpCase and TU_ContrCase, respectively. |
Follow the below steps to copy and paste all inputs from our data set.
1 | Go to Uniform Temperature load under Temperature Load on the tree view. |
2 | Copy related General from model inputs and paste into OpenBrIM. |
