Follow the next steps to add the pier cap.
| 1 | Go to Pier Cap under Pier on the tree view |  |
| 2 | Click three-dots icon on the Location cell and select a support line | |
| 3 | Click three-dots icon on the Section Data cell and click Edit |  |
| 4 | Enter Section Length along Y-Y starting from right |  |
| 5 | Select Start Section and End Section | |
| 6 | Go back to pier cap, select Slope Option as alignment |  |
| 7 | Edit Top Elevation Offset from Alignment value | |
| 8 | Go to FEM tab and select a section for Rigid Section |  |
Follow the next steps to make sure that inputs are matching with model
| 1 | Go to Pier Cap under Pier on the tree view. | |
| 2 | Copy End Bent from model inputs and paste into OpenBrIM. | |
| 3 | Go to FEM under Pier on the tree view. | |
| 4 | Copy FEM data from model inputs and paste into OpenBrIM. | |

Copy the desired data with the automatic copy button in the upper left corner.
Click on the first cell in and use the Ctrl+V shortcut to paste.
