After clicking on ‘Loading> Loads> Inf. Surf Based LL/BR/CE> Live Load Case' in the navigation treeview, follow the steps to define the Live Load Case. You can use the collapsed documentation page below for more information on the explanations of each parameter.

🖱️ Click the three-dots icon on the Influence Surface cell, and then set ISGravity.

🖱️ Keep the Influence Surface 2, Influence Surface 3, Influence Surface 4 and Max for Stress Range as default.

🖱️ Click three-dots icon on Multiple Presence Factor and click Edit.

🖱️ Please enter the following values sequentially:
1st row - Factor: 1.2
2nd row - Factor: 1
3rd row - Factor: 0.85
4th row - Factor: 0.65

🖱️ Keep the Maximum Number of Lanes as default.

You can edit the Design Lanes of live load case from Design Lanes tab.

🖱️ Click three-dots icon on Design Lane Option 1 cells and select a Design Lane as HL93AndLane_LL.

If you have reached this stage and you don't have a design lane to select, and if you want to use the Import Button, you can refer to the Quick Tip.

 Quick Tip: Learn how to import design lane

If there is no design lane to be set, follow the steps below:

- Click the three dots on the cell and select Import Design Lane.

- In the opened window, choose the design lane.
- Click the Import button.

To model all the live load case, copy the data below and paste the parameters into the first cell in OpenBrIM spreadsheet. Refer to the quick tip for an easy guide on how to perform the copy operation. After completing the copy, proceed to the next step to verify the model.

Copy the desired data with the automatic copy button in the upper left corner.

Click on the first cell in and use the Ctrl+V shortcut to paste.

If icon won’t appear, collapse page tree menu by clicking on arrow or using shortcut “[”.

While pasting large data, it would be handy to turn of Auto-refresh .
