Rebars, like Materials (and Sections in the subsequent section), are automatically retrieved from the database in the Properties tab. Additionally, this spreadsheet allows users to define custom rebars.


Please follow the instructions provided below to set rebar definitions to be used in this bridge example.

Navigate to Properties > Rebars

To import a rebar profile, click on the three-dot icon located on the first cell(Name Column) and select "Import Rebar Profile".

Import the specified rebars below:

  • OpenBrIM Bridge Objects > ASTM Rebar Sizes (Imperial) > ASTM615 > ASTMA615No4

  • OpenBrIM Bridge Objects > ASTM Rebar Sizes (Imperial) > ASTM615 > ASTMA615No5

  • OpenBrIM Bridge Objects > ASTM Rebar Sizes (Imperial) > ASTM615 > ASTMA615No6

  • OpenBrIM Bridge Objects > ASTM Rebar Sizes (Imperial) > ASTM615 > ASTMA615No8

  • OpenBrIM Bridge Objects > ASTM Rebar Sizes (Imperial) > ASTM615 > ASTMA615No9

  • OpenBrIM Bridge Objects > ASTM Rebar Sizes (Imperial) > ASTM615 > ASTMA615No10
