Please follow the instructions provided below to import an alignment in XML file format.

  • Click on the three dots located in the top left corner of the screen, just to the left of the project name, and then select 'Import'.

In the opened window, select the XML file you want to import. You can select only one XML file at a time.

After the import process, you will see a pop-up message on the project screen indicating the result of the import.

You can view all alignments in the project from the 'Roadway Alignment' section located under 'Bridge Geometry' in the workflow.

To set the imported alignment to the bridge, click on the 'Bridge Alignment' object in the workflow.

Then;

  • Enter a name in the 'Name' parameter.

  • To set one of the alignments in the project to the 'Alignment' parameter, click on the three dots that appear on the right side of the cell.

  • Then, select 'Set to ALIGNMENT1' to set the imported alignment to the bridge.

If there are too many alignments in the project, you won't be able to see all of them when you click on the three dots. In that case, you will see the word 'Select', and when you click on it, a pop-up will appear showing the list of existing alignments in the project. Select the appropriate alignment from the list and set it.
