Navigate to Load Geometry Definitions > Surface > QuadrilateralArbitrary Polygon

Click three-dots icon on Bridge cell and set “Bridge1”.

Set the name as P3_foot_sur

Enter Station, Transverse Offset and Rotation data as in the figure for P3_foot_sur (Load Surface Definitions).

Click three-dots icon on “Surface Points” cell and click Edit

Enter Longitudinal & Transverse Distance from Reference Point value as in the figure.

Keep the default data in the Graphics section constant.
