namePile Load

Point loads on the pile’s top nodes can be applied to piles at the specified stage based on the definitions of the parameters listed below.

Inputs

Pile Cap : Choose the pile cap to impose the nodal load on the top node of all piles.

Individual Piles : Select individual piles to apply the nodal load on their top node.

Stage : Select a stage to apply the load.

Fx: Force in the X direction . The longitudinal direction along the alignment will correspond to the X directionwith respect to the element's local axis chosen as the pile cap.

Fy: Force in the Y direction . The transverse direction along the alignment will correspond to the X directionwith respect to the local axis of the chosen pile cap.

Fz (Gravity): A positive value indicates that the load is applied Force in the direction of gravity, while a negative value indicates that the load is applied in the opposite direction-Z or gravity direction with respect to the chosen element's local axis.

Mx: Moment in the longitudinal direction along the PGLpile cap's local X axis.

My: Moment in the direction perpendicular to the PGLpile cap's local Y axis.

Mz: Moment in the vertical direction with respect to the pile cap's local axis.
