Name the 1st row as SuperstrCCT.

Select Load Combination Table as SuperstructureLCT.

Select Check For as StrengthServiceFatigue.

To include haunch for section property computation, keep Include Haunch for Section Properties? as YES.

Switch to Fatigue Parameters. Specify ADTT (Annual Average Daily Truck Traffic) as 1000 and Number of lanes available to trucks as 3.
