Follow the next steps to add the splice plates.

Go to Bolted Field Splice.

Pickor setthe Girder.

Enter the Station and Gap between girders.

Go to Web Splice tab to edit the plate and bolt inputs.

Go to Top Flange Splice tab to edit the plate and bolt inputs.

Go to Bottom Flange Splice tab to edit the plate and bolt inputs.

Go to Bolts tab and select Web Bolt & Flange Bolt Properties.

Do not forget to assign the related material for each case.

Enable/disable the display of splice bolts by editing the Show Bolts parameter.

Activate the Detailing from Detailing icon at the upper mid of the page.

It is recommended to disable Detailing when there is no need to display the details, such as bolt and bolt holes, to get a better performance experience.

Go to Bolted Field Splice under Connections on the tree view.

Copy Girder, Web Splice, Top Flange Splice, Bottom Flange Splice, and Bolts from model inputs and paste into OpenBrIM.
