Go to Foundation in the tree view. Enter Elevation as -5 feet.

This step is done so that the Elevation (ft) values for each Stories can be entered correctly.

Go to Stories in the tree view. Click Add button and add 3 floors. Enter 12-24-36 feet at the elevation of floors.

Choose 1st floor for all of them as a similar story. Place the 1st floor a drawing file.

Go to the 1st Floor click the Select Update Similar Stories tab. Select Shearwall, Load and beam objects at checkbox. Select Roof as "Select Stories to Paste" and click the Select in CAD button.
