Go to Loads/Temperature Load/Uniform Temperature Load.

There are two cases for expansion and contraction. For expansion,

Select Bridge, and Stage as TU_ExpStage.

Specify Temperature as 40F.

For contraction, go to the 2nd row. Select Bridge, and Stage as TUContrStage.

Specify Temperature as -40F.

Name these two cases as TU_ExpCase and TU_ContrCase, respectively.
